Software: WIP/TRAK Work in Process Tracking
Designed for the manufacturing shop floor, WIP/Trak is the ultimate Work-In-Process, modular software package. Working with PC Workstations with tethered bar code scanners, or RF and batch portable data collection terminals, WIP/Trak will give you complete control over jobs in the manufacturing queue with extensive reporting. Modular in design, this package can be scaled to your business needs now and in the future. Features include the following:
Modules:
- QC Profile: Defines all of the QC points and the sequence of each throughout the manufacturing line.
- Includes “Hold for Signature”
- QC Level Profile: Relates a set of QC points to a unique identifier. This multi-level tier allows for additional QC flows if a product fails at an initial QC checkpoint.
- Product Profile: Defines all of products manufactured and associates each product to the multi-tiered QC level profile.
- WIP Queue: A full screen browse of all of the products in manufacturing.
- QC Station Scan: The active screen for each QC checkpoint that allows scanning of the product’s serial number, the order number and the employee’s badge number.
- Reports Include: Daily Work in Progress, Work Accomplished by Date Range, Work Status Report, Employee Throughput, Jobs in Progress, Employee Summary, Job Summary.
- Export: Ability to export data to standard ASCII delimited and fixed length files.
The software is Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP Compatible; QC Stations (workstations) must be setup prior to the installation.
